Patient Pass integrates with any system that supports FHIR or HL7 integration (international industry standards for passing healthcare data), including with EPR systems as required. Where services do not have an EPR, a pdf of the record can be generated which can be filed in paper records.
Patient Pass integrates with various Patient Administration Systems (PAS) as well as the NHS Digital Mini Spine’s demographic service. This saves clinical time by allowing instant patient demographic lookup from the spine service to improve data quality and speed up demographic entry.
The platform helps the establishment of fully integrated care systems to support population health and, as a result, data integration across the system which is integral to the delivery of health care.
